Indiana Pacers is a professional Basketball team in the National Basketball Association. The team played their home court games at the center state of Indianapolis, Indiana. Drafted in 1987, Reggie Miller started his career with the team together with John Long. The Pacers did not reach the 1987-88 NBA playoffs. During the 1989-90 NBA season, team Pacers played a fast start to reach the NBA playoffs. They ranked third in the playoffs but they also lost three consecutive games in the playoffs. Reggie Miller, the team’s main man became the first player in the team to play in the All-Star averaging at 24.6 points per game. To many it is his greatest performance during in his NBA career. In the 1990-91 NBA playoffs, they made a memorable history against Boston Celtics. They lost in Game 5 of the best out of the seven series with a score of 124-121. Also during the years 1991-92 in the NBA playoffs, they faced each other again but the strong Celtics swept the team in 3 consecutive games.
